Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 1, 2026
Plain version: this website explains property and liability insurance in general terms. It is not a quote, a policy or advice about your own situation. You can't buy, change or cancel coverage through this site or by email. Coverage only exists once a policy is issued, and your policy's own wording is what counts.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by One Plus Insurance, Inc. ("we", "us"), an insurance agency in Pembroke Pines, Florida. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. General information only
Everything on this site, including the descriptions of homeowners, condo, landlord, wind, flood, commercial property and liability coverage and the answers to common questions, is general information. Real coverage depends on the insurer, the policy form, the declarations page and any endorsements. If anything on this site differs from your policy, your policy controls. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.
3. No coverage through this website
You cannot bind, change or cancel insurance through this website, its forms, email, text or voicemail. A request only takes effect once we confirm it with you directly and, where needed, the insurance company accepts it. Until then, your existing coverage, or lack of it, stays as it is.
4. The estimator
The estimator tabs (hurricane deductible, coinsurance, business income and depreciation) do simple arithmetic with the numbers you type in. They run entirely in your browser. The results are illustrations, not quotes, premiums or claim payments, and they don't reflect any insurer's rating, underwriting or policy terms.
5. Consultation requests
Choosing a day and time on this site sends a request, not a confirmed appointment. The form opens your own email app with the details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press Send. We'll reply to confirm a time.
6. What you tell us
When you apply for coverage, insurers rely on the information you give. Please make it complete and accurate. Incorrect or missing information can affect your premium, your coverage or a claim.
7. Links to other sites
Links to maps and other outside websites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Using this site
Please don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, or use it to send spam. Its text, design and logo belong to One Plus Insurance, Inc. or its licensors. You're welcome to share links to it.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't promise it is complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that result from relying on the general information on this site rather than on your policy and a conversation with us. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to put it right directly.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
