Plain version: this website doesn't collect or store anything by itself. The estimator runs in your browser, and the consultation form opens your own email app, so we only receive what you choose to send. No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.

What we collect, and why
When you request a consultation
The form asks for your name, email and phone number, a preferred day and time, and an optional note. Pressing the button opens your email app with those details in a message to us. Nothing is sent until you press Send. We use it to reply, arrange the conversation and, if you ask us to, look at coverage for you.
When you call, text or email us
We receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us, and use it the same way.
When you use the estimator
The numbers you type stay in your browser and are not sent to us or anyone else.
When you just browse
The website itself collects nothing. Our host keeps standard server logs, and Google Fonts sees your IP address when a page loads (see the table below).
If you become a client
To quote, place and service insurance we need information about you and the property or business being insured, and we share it with the insurance companies we approach on your behalf, and with others only where needed to service your policy or where the law requires. We protect it as required by state and federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. You'll receive our full client privacy notice when you become a client.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to a policy: up to 12 months, then deleted. Client records: as long as Florida law and insurance regulations require us to keep them.
Your rights and choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except for anything we're legally required to keep. Email info@oneplusinsure.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We'll never charge you for this or treat you differently for asking.
Depending on where you live you may have extra rights, for example under California's CCPA/CPRA, other US state privacy laws, or the UK and EU GDPR. Contact us and we'll honor whichever applies to you.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or any other purpose, and we don't use it to build profiles about you.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top first.
